Echelon Auto Care ("Echelon," "we," "us") provides mobile auto detailing services in the Salt Lake Valley, Utah. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact or book with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, which may include:

  • Contact details — your name, phone number, and email address when you call, text, email, or schedule an appointment.
  • Service details — your vehicle, service address, preferred dates, and any notes about the condition or work requested.
  • Payment information — processed through Jobber or another secure payment provider when you pay for services. We do not store your full card number on our systems.

We do not buy contact lists, and we do not collect information about you from third parties for marketing purposes.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and schedule, confirm, and perform your service
  • To send transactional messages about a specific appointment you've booked (such as confirmations, arrival updates, and reminders)
  • To process payment for services rendered
  • To keep records of work performed and pre-existing vehicle condition

Calls, texts, and your consent

When you call, text, or submit your number to us, you're reaching us about your own request. We reply by hand — we do not use autodialers or send automated marketing messages. Any text messages we send relate to an appointment or inquiry you initiated.

We will not add you to a promotional text or call list without your separate, explicit opt-in. If you ever receive a message from us you'd rather not, reply STOP to opt out of further texts, or just let us know. Standard message and data rates may apply to messages you send or receive.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate:

  • Jobber — appointment requests, scheduling, customer communication, and payments. Information you enter when booking is handled under Jobber's privacy policy.
  • Google — we maintain a Google Business Profile; reviews you leave publicly are governed by Google's terms.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

Data retention

We keep contact and service records only as long as needed to provide service, maintain our business records, and meet legal or tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we'll do so unless we're required to keep it.

  • Ask us to correct or delete it
  • Opt out of any non-transactional messages at any time
